Destructible paper labels are designed to break apart easily when removed, making them ideal for tamper-evident security applications. Once applied to a surface, they cannot be peeled off in one piece, effectively preventing unauthorized reuse or transfer. These labels are commonly used for warranty seals, asset protection, and packaging security.
Anti-tampering and anti-transfer
Fragile and tearable surface material: Once the label is pasted, it will immediately break if you try to tear it off, and it cannot be completely transferred or reused.
Permanent strong adhesive: It uses permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which forms an irreversible bond with the drug packaging (such as bottle caps and sealing films) after pasting to ensure the integrity of the seal.
Adapt to the drug storage environment
Wide temperature range:Minimum use temperature -15℃ (suitable for refrigerated drugs), maximum use temperature 60℃ (can withstand transportation or short-term high temperature environment).
Labeling temperature must be ≥ 8℃ (need to be operated at room temperature).
Compliance printing and clear information
Highly compatible printing: supports monochrome/color printing of batch numbers, expiration dates, barcodes, etc. required for drug labels, with strong ink adhesion and clear text and patterns.
Printing safety tips: Control the pressure during printing (to avoid crushing fragile surface materials) to ensure that the label is intact.
Anti-counterfeiting and traceability function
Physical anti-counterfeiting: The fragile nature of the label itself is anti-counterfeiting evidence, and any attempt to open the seal will leave obvious signs of damage.
Support information loading: QR code, serial number, etc. can be printed to achieve drug traceability and anti-counterfeiting verification.
Safe and stable material
No pollution risk: The adhesive is permanent acrylic acid, which meets the safety requirements of indirect contact materials for drug packaging.
Storage stability:It can be stored for 1 year in a light-proof environment at 23±2℃ and 60±5% humidity, which meets the drug label storage standards.
Tamper-proof seals: oral liquid bottle caps, injection ampoules, ointment tube mouth seals.
Traceability labels: vaccine box seals, cold chain drug packaging seals.
Anti-counterfeiting labels: high-end drug anti-counterfeiting seals to prevent counterfeit products from entering the market.
